Use of and the sale and purchase of products from the Forever Memories website are governed by the Terms and Conditions as detailed on this page. By browsing and using our website, you are agreeing to be subject to these terms and conditions.

Ordering

All products are subject to availability. After placing your order online, please check your order confirmation to ensure that the right products have been ordered. Please make sure that you have provided the correct telephone number, address and e-mail address, so we can contact you to confirm your order and delivery date. No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Forever Memories until we accept your order by way of confirmation email. This will detail products ordered, payment method and cost. You must check that all details are correct and contact us as soon as possible if they are not.

Payment

Unless otherwise stated all prices shown are in Euro inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. The product prices shown do not include the delivery fee, which will be added to your total order price. Your online transaction is managed by PayPal/Stripe, a secure and encrypted online payment provider.

Delivery

Delivery to anywhere in Ireland for €10. If you live outside of Ireland, please get in contact with us to see if we can arrange an international delivery. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used. Delivery charges are calculated combining weight, size and destination. Please be aware that we ship from Ireland.

Returns

We hope that you’ll be very happy with your purchases from Forever Memories but we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item and seek a refund. If this is the case you need to let us know in writing no longer than 7 working days from the date on which you received the products. We will then get in touch with you to discuss your options.
